*Itinerary Details:*

*Day 1: Saturday, June 21, 2025 - Arrival in Leh*

· Check-in to Hotel/HomeStay

· Lunch

· Meet and greet. Spend the day acclimatizing to the altitude. DO NOT GO OUT OF THE Hotel/HomeStay (MOST IMPORTANT PART).

· Evening- Hi-Tea and Briefing about the trip

· Dinner

*Day 2: Sunday, June 22, 2025 - Explore Leh - Local Sightseeing*

· Breakfast at Hotel/HomeStay

· Day outing trip for Leh and nearby: 

    o Pathar Sahib Gurudwara

    o Indus River Sangam Point

    o Magnetic Hill

    o Hall of Fame 

· Explore Leh Market 

· Explore Leh Palace

· Visit Shanti Stupa

· Evening: Brief Astrophotography session at Shanti Stupa and/or at rooftop of hotel. 

· Dinner at Hotel/HomeStay

· Accommodation in same Hotel/HomeStay as on Day-1

*Day 3: Monday, June 23, 2025 - Leh to Pangong Lake*

· Breakfast at Hotel/HomeStay

· Morning: Drive to Pangong Lake via Chang-La 

· Check-in at Hotel/HomeStay

· Evening: Tea-Coffee

· Dinner

· Astrophotography session near Lake

*Day 4: Tuesday, June 24, 2025 – Explore Pangong Lake*

· Breakfast

· AstroPhotgraphy Processing session

· Visit to Lake

· Evening: Hi-Tea 

· Dinner

· Astro-Photography Session

*Day 5: Wednesday, June 25, 2025 - Pangong Lake to Hanle*

· Breakfast

· Drive to Hanle, one of the best places in India for astrophotography.

· RezangLa Visit on the way - a must visit place to salute our Indian Army’s Courage

· Check-in at Hotel/HomeStay 

· Visit the Hanle Monastery and Indian Astronomical Observatory, world’s second highest observatory

· Evening: Astrophotography session near the MACE Telescope, It is the highest and second largest Cerenkov telescope in the world. Capture the MilkyWay under the night sky

· Dinner

· Astrophotography at roof or nearby Hotel/HomeStay

*Day 6: Thursday, June 26, 2025 – Hanle and around*

· Breakfast

· Drive to Umlingla Pass, highest paved road and mountain pass in the world

· Evening: Astrophotography session 

· Dinner

· Astrophotography session

*Day 7: Friday, June 27, 2025 - Hanle to Tso Moriri*

· Breakfast

· Drive to Tso-Moriri

· Check-in at Hotel/HomeStay

· Evening: Astrophotography session

· Dinner

· Astrophotography session

*Day 8: Saturday, June 28, 2025 – Tso Moriri to Leh*

· Breakfast

· Drive to Leh

· Evening: Hi-Tea and trip closure session

· Dinner

· Astrophotography session

*Day 9: Sunday, June 29, 2025 – Departure From Leh*

· Morning: Breakfast and Thankyou Note

· Travel Back to Home

*Package Cost:*

  · *Rs. 63,000/-* per person on single sharing basis.

  · *Rs. 1,10,000/-* for double occupancy for a group of 2 people.

  · *Discounts* – As per your Club Membership plans terms and conditions. Only    applicable for Club Members who opted for club membership plans earlier.

• Ladakh Travel Permit cost.  
• Stay in single/double occupancy individual room/cottage huts as applicable for all locations, on above 8 Nights / 9 Days trip
• Breakfast and Dinner included
•  Sightseeing as per itinerary
• All Astronomy Activities, we plan for during the visit (subjected to weather conditions)
•  Leh to Leh Travel in shared taxi. We will arrange pick and drop from Leh Airport.
•  Local Travel to all locations as per itinerary, in Innova or similar with sharing of min. 4 people 
•  Oxygen Cylinder in each Vehicle.

• Lunch is not included in the itinerary cost
• Local sites , Monastery or Museum visit fee, if any, will be borne by you.

· Send me copy of everyone’s Aadhaar Card.

·  Book your travel/flight tickets to and from Leh yourself. or reach of your own by any mode of transportation on Day 1: Saturday, June 21, 2025 before Evening to Leh.
