- Arrival: 04:00 pm & Welcome Drink
- 04:30 pm - Tea/coffee/juice/snacks
- 05:00 pm - Tents Pitch-in
- 05:30 pm - Group Photo with Telescopes and Tents in Background
- 06:15 pm - Visit Sunset point
- 06:30 pm - Astronomy Theory/QUIZ/Understand Astronomy Basics, Telescopes, Space & cameras etc.
- 07:15 pm - Evening stargazing session
- 08:00 pm - Dinner
- 09:00 pm - Resume Stargazing, Understanding of Night Sky, stars and constellations and Learn to identify objects in Night Sky. Stargazing with HIGH END AUTOMATIC BIG TELESCOPE & Visual astronomy with Planets, Nebulas, Galaxies, Star Clusters etc.
- 11:00 pm - Sleep in tents or Rooms as per your bookings

- 04:45 am - Wake-up early morning for Morning Stargazing session.
- 06:00 am - Visit Sunrise Point
- 07:00 am - Morning Tea-Coffee
- 07:30 am - Guided Farm Tour with seasonal fresh fruits pluck and eat
- 08:30 am - Unpack tents
- 09:00 am - Breakfast
- 09:30 am - Astro-Photography Exhibition and display of Club Merchandises
- 10:00 am - Departure, on way back enjoying scenic drive of Bilikal forest
